Zumba Fitness Workout – Fitness Can Be Fun?
Zumba fitness workouts are sweeping the glocal almost as fast as the global downturn was a headline I read the other day in magazine. In truth the magazine was in my doctors and a few months old but it seems I must have been hiding under rock for the past few months but it was my first introduction to Zumba. I rang a friend of mine who runs a Zumba class and asked her what this was all about and she sent me some great links to check out and some videos on You Tube to look at. Wow I can see why Zumba fitness workouts will be popular the worst thing about any form of exercise is boredom but with Zumba is a hour or so of intense cardio workout now I get it and will be joining a mixed Zumba class to check it out and ask some questions.
It seems many Zumba groups are women only as guys tend to prefer weights and that sort of stuff to jumping around cardio but I don’t understand why unless you are body builder this stuff will work great to keep in shape and then you can do some toning with the weights and stuff.

That’s right you can find Zumba fitness workout classes in your local town hall, your ladies group, even on the Wii and Kinetic if you haven’t tried Zumba I recommend finding a local group getting fit can really be fun.
