After that now you are suppose to move your right elbow turning in the direction of left knee and perform same movement with left elbow towards right knee. This Russian twist is good exercise so keep on doing to 20 in continuous form.

Now workout with your legs by lifting them in the air. Make your straight on the surface and slowly try to rise up in the air by putting them together and while doing this legs workout don’t touch your feet on the ground. First make your both leg rise up to 8 inches from the surface and try to lift up so it form 45 degree angle. Continuous doing this 25 times make your in good shape.

Zumba fitness workouts are sweeping the glocal almost as fast as the global downturn was a headline I read the other day in magazine. In truth the magazine was in my doctors and a few months old but it seems I must have been hiding under rock for the past few months but it was my first introduction to Zumba. I rang a friend of mine who runs a Zumba class and asked her what this was all about and she sent me some great links to check out and some videos on You Tube to look at. Wow I can see why Zumba fitness workouts will be popular the worst thing about any form of exercise is boredom but with Zumba is a hour or so of intense cardio workout now I get it and will be joining a mixed Zumba class to check it out and ask some questions.

It seems many Zumba groups are women only as guys tend to prefer weights and that sort of stuff to jumping around cardio but I don’t understand why unless you are body builder this stuff will work great to keep in shape and then you can do some toning with the weights and stuff.

How To Get A Flat Stomach?

How to get a flat stomach isn’t that what most people want. Yes we all know in the ideal world we want great bodyshaping and a perfect six pack but most people would just settle for a flat belly and losing the love handles. The majority of the population are overweight infact most men and women would give their right arm for a stomach that didn’t over hang their waist let alone flat.

Why are so many of us these days overweight well it comes down to two main factors you can believe all that dramatic it’s in your gene’s BS but come on if that was the case why would obesity be on the increase surely the previous generations would be fat as well. Maybe it’s something to do with most peoples idea of exercise being a trip in the car to Mickey D’s then ordering a large portion of fries, a gigantic coke which can be used as fire bucket afterwards and a burger that could feed a small nation for week.

Now tell me that’s about your genes no it’s about greed and being darn lazy if we want a flat stomach the first thing we need to do is get off our flabby butts and start exercise. Now this is where it gets interesting and it’s why most people don’t have  a flat stomach they watch a video or a TV program like “Biggest Loser” and watch people putting themselves through a living hell and at the end of it they find they lost 2lbs in a week.

Now if you are 10 lbs overweight 2lbs a week is going to be a serious struggle as your body isn’t really that fat compared with most people but if you are 50lbs over weight you could lose in the first couple of weeks about 10 pounds just from the excess water you are carrying around with you. A good friend of mine who was having problems with water retention actually spent a while in hospital but afterwards had lost 20 pounds or more.

If you improve your diet and work your heart more (cardio exercises are good) you’ll find you can very quickly burn of quite a bit of excess fluid you might be carrying also drink plenty of water half the time people hang on to fluid is they don’t drink enough so the body stores it in case it needs it. Now this alone won’t get you a flat stomach but it will give you the motivation to start to exercise and improve your diet hopefully.

Once you have been able to stick to a change in diet (notice I am not advocating diet these changes need to be permanent not cutting down for a couple of weeks) and can honestly say you have done some form of exercise that made you feel like you were pusing yourself for at least 45-60 minutes a day you can then start concentrating on getting your body in better shape. If you are seriously over weight be realistic you aren’t going to get a flat stomach this year and maybe longer but if your are determined enough you can eventually.One of the best ways is to start doing crunches there is no need to join a gym or pay for a personal trainer like the rich and famous do when they stack on a few pounds crunches work wonders give them a go and you’ll be on your way to getting a flat stomach.

What Are The Best Protein Bars For Body Building?

I have never eaten a protein bar in my life so talking about the best protein bar is going to be a bit of challenge in truth I couldn’t tell you a good protein bar from a bar of soap. Well yes of course I know the difference between the two but I am sure you get what I mean?. 1.) Lay down straight on your back and makes your knees bend. Allow your legs to drop as much they can on your right side in this way the torso is straight on the ground and the lower part of your body on its side. Grip and hold your fingers behind your head.

2.) Raise your upper body slowly off the ground while lifting up your shoulders and chest don’t pull them with using your hands, compress your left obliques. After that make them low to starting position.

After finishing the crunches exercise of left and right obliques, this is one rep. Keep on doing this workout for 8 minutes. Perform this simple and effectual exercise routine 5 to 6 times in a whole week and you will surely see changes in your body and abs shape. The 8 minutes exercise of abs will affect on your body if perform it in routine and follow above instructions.

The special and secret wish of people is to show their eight packs abs to other people. But it is not easy to get attractive 8-pack abs body; exercise and daily workout of 8 minutes abs is the only way to get sexy V variation packs. First start with the sets of normal crunches, start with your legs, the first thing you need to do is make your leg properly straight on the plain surface or floor. While on the ending repetition, hold your leg straight upward so your feet direction should be towards roof. Work out 30 crunches to reduce the abs fats rapidly. In case of your cannot maintain the 90 degrees angle at your hips, slowly make your legs drop toward the ground.

To get proper beautiful cutting on your abdomen muscles, you need to do this exercise, in this exercise make low your both legs together so they rise 12 inches off the ground and then you need to do is hold your arms tightly at the back of your head in that position lift your right shoulder rise of the surface, twist your upper part of body just in a way against leg or towards left knee, fold in to right elbow. Frequently make your shoulder and knee low and then try same procedure on your left elbow and right knee. Keep this doing 25 times before you low your shoulders to the floor to perform the final workout exercise.

Now in last perform again the basic crunches, as same as you start doing the exercise with.
